Can you make changes to the wrapper designs offered? We often receive requests for minor or major changes to our
standard (template) wrapper designs.
We are happy
to make adjustments to our designs. Please contact us for additional

Administrator@blgraphics.com. How do I send my photograph or artwork? We accept images via e-mail at
Administrator@blgraphics.com, as well
as through US Mail service. Please include
your name and order
number when sending your images. Original photographs or artwork
will be returned with
your order or mailed separately after your
order has been processed. Do you send a proof of my wrapper prior to shipment? A proof will be emailed or faxed to you as we require your
approval prior to production. How do I change or cancel an order? Please contact us immediately at Administrator@blgraphics.com. If you wish to make changes or would like to cancel your
order. Due to our exceptionally short processing
time and the
personalized product, changes or cancellations may be subject to
a fee. Please provide your
order number and name when
communicating. Processing Personalized Products At Buttercup Lane Graphics, we pride ourselves on our ability to process a personalized product quickly. All orders can generally be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. However, personalized wrappers with a photograph may be delayed if the image is not received in a timely manner. For special occasions, events or wedding favors, we recommend you place your order 3 – 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing us processing time and ensuring you receive the product at least 7 days before your event.
